Who we are
Evergreen is an independent field guide to stays, guided experiences and trails in northern Norway. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, what you are interested in and your message. Like most websites, our host also records basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, without identifying you personally. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to put you in touch with the host of a place. We keep enquiries for up to twelve months, then delete them. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it — write to hello@evergreen.travel and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the EU or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
